Meri maa! I would like to start off with a poem for her..

Mom,

You hold me in your arm, 

From the day I was born.

 You bought me the 1st toy,

It filled  me with super joy.                                                    

                                                                

You teach me and mould me,

Whenever I fall, you hold me.

You completed all my task,

 Whatever I need, whenever I ask.

You always clap and cheer,

Would make me feel so dear.

Comfort me with love and care,

In this world, it is quite  rare.

She was wise and so strong,

she guided me when I was wrong.

My eyes were free from tears,

My mind was free from fears.

Possess only love and no expectations,

Unconditional, pure with no complications.

God has sent an angel for me,

I'll be blessed as long as I live.

My MOM ! My super Hero ! My Angel Godmother ! 

All moms in the world possesses unforgettable memories of their kids growing up. Now a daughter looks back in the past and decided to talk past fondest memories with my mother. Words are not enough to narrate the unconditional love exists in between us.

I was a treasure to my Mom and she always helped and comforted me. She was my strength in facing all the problems. She was #MyFirstExpert as she avoided the smallest errors while sweeping on to the grand fallacy. Her existence in this world is like an angel Godmother.

She had 24 x 7 never ending job and she never complained  even she she was sickly tired. She was possessed with absolute amazing qualities. She loved taking my snaps on a Kodak Camera which was loaded with film-roll 24 x 7. she was very excited taking photographs on every occasions. She anxiously wait for the photographs to develop. She usually quotes while viewing my snaps, "Kitti soni aur pyaari hai meri bitiya " ( My daughter is so beautiful and lovely).

She took breaks from the strict household works and indulge in an important ice-cream party with us ( me and my brother ) She never missed any kind of opportunity to enjoy being a super MOM ! 

She is a good cook and used to make my favorite dishes--awesome namkeens and amazing deserts. On Sundays and Holidays, she allowed me to cook with her. She would give me ingredients of the dish and taught me how to cook. Even if the dish was not tasty, she just praises me, "Kitna Swaadist khana banaya " ( Wow, A tasty Dish ) Those moments are the most memorable ones. 

We both would have gone crazy at so many times. We had a small Kitchen garden and while watering those plants, we used to spray water on one another. Sometimes I plucked small raw vegetables from the plants, but she was never annoyed. Inspite, she taught me that if I would have plucked it after a few days it would be more tastier.

She never forgets to celebrate my birthday. New dress, new gifts, decorations, balloons, awesome dishes, games, and return gifts for each and every friends, relatives  and family members We had super dhamaka on that day Everything was perfectly organised by my mom, from my beautiful dress to all decorations along with awesome dishes. 

Each and every moment spend with my mom are immortal and her truest form of love will live forever in my heart and soul.

Tomorrow is my mom's birthday and I'm gifting her Godrej Expert from Snapdeal.

Airtel App, Simplifying life!

In this technological world, Airtel has come up with another innovation. It's the AIRTEL App.
We have lakhs and lakhs of different types of app today but certain apps stand out among the rest and this Airtel app is certainly a stand out one.
I downloaded the Airtel App the day I came to know about it and since then it has simplified my life.
I can do everything required with this app. It's simply superb.

Features are endless but special 3 features are below:

1. Offers: Airtel App gives it's customers amazing offers in app. How do they do so ? It's simple. Just shake your phone and you get a new offer. The offers are really good too. Offers not only limited to just talk time or top ups but it gives offers for all other services too. Like 2G internet, 3G internet, roaming offers, local/STD call rates and many more. It's a offer packed app. Earlier one had to search around the internet if any offer available or search the inbox for a offer SMS which Airtel had sent few days back. It was really troubling but now things have been so simplified by this app. All I need to do now is just shake and all offers available are right in front of my eyes. Love this feature.

2. Information: Airtel app has helped me to get all the information available at one pI clace. I get to know about all recharges options at one place. It's so well designed that in a matter of seconds I can check the rates and different type of recharges available now for everything, be it top up or talktime or mobile internet, daily basis packs, night packs, all in one place. Moreover not only about Airtel pospaid or prepaid number but also Airtel broadband and DTH information available too which is just brilliant. I have Airtel broadband too and I had to open website, log in and check the data usage. Now I only to touch airtel app and I have all information about my data usage. If I want to ask for a additional service or complaint regarding anything, just a simple touch in app is all I need to do.

3. "I want to" :  The "I want to" feature in this app is really good. It gives you various options like:

• pay
• recharge
• record
• view

Now any Airtel user can buy, order, pay, recharge, record(DTH service) and view whatever they want to.

Mother, synonym of GOD!

My mother, my GOD!

Today I'm what I'm only because of my mother. She has just done everything. I just couldn't even dream of things which she has done for me.
My all life is a memory with my mom. Each second of my life is a memory with my mom. I go beyond words to express my love and respect for her.

Sharing one of my memories. I'm very passionate when it comes to playing Table Tennis. I love playing table tennis whenever I make out idle time. One fine day I came to know about a Table Tennis tournament  happening in m city. I got so excited. I reached home and searched in internet about the venue and other details of the tournament. I was eligible to take part in the tournament but the only issue was the venue of tournament was approx, 40kms away from my home. Moreover, my dad was out on a business trip and driver was on holiday. Only me and my mom were at home and my mom's health was not the best.
My mom read the desperation on my face and asked me for what I was so desperate for. With hesitation, I told her about the Table Tennis tournament. She instantly asked me to get ready for the tournament even though she was in fever along with body ache.
I got ready. She took me to the venue in this heat just to fulfill my wish to play the tournament.

We reached the tournament venue. Got myself registered. I won initial few games and reached the quarter finals. But then I lost in quarter finals. My mom, just smiled and made me feel comfortable about the loss and motivated me.

It was just amazing. Even though her health was not good, she took me, then motivated me and brought me back home.
Hats off.

Ek Nayi League!

Here we have World Cup winning captain bringing us a league of his own. Legend Kapil Dev who made India win a dream World Cup against all odds and made everyone believe that if you will, you can do anything. Nothing is impossible as word itself says, I M Possible.
Now here he is back with something really interesting, "Ek nayi league". He has made whole country pump up with excitement as he is yet to disclose about this extraordinary league. No one has any idea about it. It must be a revolution among all leagues played till date.

As we can see through his trailer videos for "Ek Nayi League", in all his videos he has expressed his natural love and affection for our nation. He's happily shared his memories with us. He has praised people for what they have achieved in their life and encouraged women in our society to go ahead in life and come out flying colors in the field of sports and other activities. Legend Kapil Dev has always believed in simplicity and it's so evident. The way he speaks and reacts are just in so calm and composed manner.

The whole country is just discussing and keep guessing about what it can be.
I feel Kapil Dev will come up with something as exciting as his cricketing abilities. Something as innovative as his captaincy and something as versatile as his all round capability.
A true legend will have it's own way to create an awesome league. As Kapil Dev once said "The hunger to win must not die... The appetite has to remain big."
His hunger to continue to do new things in life is commendable.

I guess it could be something related to stunts. It'll involve real excitement, it'll be really innovative and it'll test versatility of people. Got to be real exciting and thrilling one.
Stunts tests everything. As Kapil says" Dil se khelego toh hit wicket ho jaoge" so stunts will test real mental abilities of people. I think this league will be different from all kinds of league we have ever known. It'll have it's own specialty and will rule the country and mankind. Kapil Dev was difficult to be dismissed and he has carried on that tag till date. Even today Kapil Dev is ready and running to start a new innings in life. Also, Kapil Dev's bowling was such that anyone could get out in the blink of an eye. And he has maintained the same till date too. Because he's going to get out the poeple in this league by his twists and turns.

Really excited for this upcoming league. Can't wait for it to begin and watch Legend Kapil Dev back on pitch again.

It is a project undertaken by Govt. of India for betterment of the nation.
To bring technology available to each and every citizen of the nation.
To make internet available to every citizen.

The core vision of the project is to:

·      Digitalize infrastructure to such an extent that it’s available for every citizen.

·      To make available services on demand to the citizens.

·      To Empower citizens digitally, i.e., accessible digital resources and digital literacy.

Digital India is an ambitious programme of Government of India projected at Rs 1,13,000 crores. The programme will be implemented in phases from 2014 till 2018.  It is coordinated by DeitY(Department Of Electronics & Information Technology), implemented by the Central and State governments. It covers many government departments. It weaves together a large number of ideas and thoughts into a single, comprehensive vision so that each of them is seen as part of a larger goal. The Programme pulls together many existing schemes. These schemes will be restructured and re-focused. They will be implemented in a synchronized manner. The common branding of programmes as Digital India highlights their transformative impact.

In December 2012 Intel adopted 3 villages (BBNL pilot for Tripura, Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan) and set up digital literacy training camps Achieved 100% digital literacy in these villages, as measured by one e-literate person per household

In Dec 2014 Intel announced  Digital Skills for India and  Innovate for India (#DigitalIndia) initiatives,  Intel India will also work with Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL) to build capacity by imparting digital literacy training to key resource persons in the first 1,000 panchayats under the National Optic Fiber Network roll-out in India.

As part of its Digital Skills for India programme, Intel India has unveiled a digital skills training application, which includes modules on digital literacy, financial inclusion, healthcare and cleanliness in 5 Indian languages. App is available free on Android Play Store from December 6 2014 in Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil and Kannada. A similar offline training module will also be made available in seven Indian languages.

E-Governance!

Electronic Governance.
Recognising the increasing importance of electronics, the Government of India

established the Department of Electronics in 1970. The subsequent establishment of the

National Informatics Centre (NIC) in 1977 was the first major step towards e-Governance

in India as it brought ‘information’ and its communication in focus. In the early 1980s, use

of computers was confined to very few organizations. The advent of personal computers

brought the storage, retrieval and processing capacities of computers to Government offices.

By the late 1980s, a large number of government officers had computers but they were mostly

used for ‘word processing’. Gradually, with the introduction of better softwares, computers

were put to other uses like managing databases and processing information. Advances in

communications technology further improved the versatility and reach of computers,

and many Government departments started using ICT for a number of applications like

tracking movement of papers and files, monitoring of development programmes, processing

of employees’ pay rolls, generation of reports etc.


Acceleration of vision of Digital India!

E-Governance holds the key for acceleration of this initiative taken up by the Govt. E-Governance is something which united every citizen of the country. Each citizen is connected with the Govt. with some or the other means. E-Governance spreads use of technology to the root levels.
People resist to changes. It’s true. But when it comes down to compulsion, one as to use and that’s where E-Governance comes into play. E-Governance will motivate each ad everyone to step into the digital world. Henceforth, everyone will come on ease terms with the Digital world and that will give huge acceleration to the project Digital India!

E-Governance also ensures direct communication with the citizens with no involvement of middle men in between.
Several projects of E-Governance has turned out to be big success in different part of the countries.

E-Governance won’t only accelerate Digital India project but also it accelerates the speed of work.
For example, filing IT-return.

Earlier it was such a botheration and time consuming task. Now, it’s clean, clear and simple. No botheration of going anywhere. Just sit down and submit your Income tax. It’s that easy.

In today’s world, laptops; tablets; smartphones etc are almost a compulsion and most own it one or the other product. Different apps by the Govt. can accelerate use of online services by the Govt.
Indian Railways for example. Getting to buy tickets online for trains is such big bonus and big hit. No botheration in standing in long queues and wait to get hands on the ticket. Everything gets simplified in this digital world.

Food. It’s indispensable part of life, having paramount importance. We get nutrition from food and nutrition plays all imperative role in our life. Only if we eat well, sleep well, think well and stay healthy and energetic. Everything we eat is a food and nothing else. 

And when it comes to food, people have their own liking's and dis liking's. Some are crazy for food, some consider food as essential part of life and hence fulfill it. Some love to eat varieties of food, some are very selective about their food. Some are vegetarians, some non-vegetarians. Some like healthy food and some junk food. So it all depends on individuals what they love to eat.Talking about myself, I’m a crazy food lover. I simply love to eat different types of food and am fond of tasting new recipes and then cooking them. Fruits are like my favorite friends. Being a Marwari, I’m a born vegetarian. I just love life, so I am a vegetarian. I feel my body is not a tomb for other creatures. My hearts feel sorrow in killing a living creature just for eating. Vegetarianism is harmless and it tastes better.

Just Foodie!

I love to have Rajasthani foods, Indian, continental, Chinese, Italian
and list goes on. I love homemade food and also love to eat varieties of foods in restaurants. 
For me my best food was plain chapatti with ridge gourd. My husband was insisting on going to Singapore, but I always refused as far as I know that Singapore vegetarian cuisines are not so good in taste. But then I made a trip to Singapore, booking my stay at Far East Hospitality and then the story unfolds.

Singaporean cuisine indicates the ethnic diversity of the culture. Singaporean culture declares eating as a national pastime and food, a national obsession. Food is the most frequent topic to be converse with among Singaporeans. Singaporean cuisines attracts tourists along with its shopping.

I got my freedom of choice from the huge varieties of food in Singapore. It is a paradise for food-lovers. There are maximum amount of awesome marvelous cuisines (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) found in this
smallest area.

Fried Carrot Cake, Hokkien Prawn Mee, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Rojak, Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Fish head curry,Chilli Crab, Char Kway Teow, Otak Otak, Rendang, Mooncakes, Hakka Yang Tau Foo, Roti Prata, Fried Sesame ball, Dumping noodles, Bak Kut The, Satay, IceKanchang, Cendol, Ayam Buah Keluk, Nasi Padang and above all veg KAYA TOAST, my favorite Singaporean dish. 

SINGAPORE, ALL THE WAY!!

Kaya toast is a traditional breakfast staple. It is prepared with kaya--sweet coconut jam, butter and is spread over toasted bread. Singaporeans are known for personalizing their eating experience. So it is no exceptional. So Kaya toast is also made from butter or margarine, soft- boiled eggs, a topping of sugar, coconut milk and sometimes crackers are used instead of toasted bread. It is combined with an aromatic cup of local coffee.  It is just a typical breakfast in Singapore. It tastes pretty decent. My taste bud always crave for it. I believe in good taste, so I love Kaya toast. I tasted this dish at Ya Kun Kaya Toast who sells these toast since 1940’s. When I put my favorite Kaya toast inside my mouth and then it reaches my taste bud, that feel is just priceless and is beyond description. It is well-loved by locals as well as new comers like me.I can bet Kaya toast is the only meal full of nutrition without paying much and one can eat it like a king in breakfast.I promise that I cannot forget this in my whole life.

Kaayyaaa, I love you!!

Apart from kaya toast I like Vegetarian Rice noodles for lunch and Cendol as my desert. I also bought Kaya spread and local coffee powder. 

I felt like BHUKKAD (GLUTTON) in my trip to Singapore. I would consider going back next time with my mother-in-law, because vegetarian dishes are as tasty as non- vegetarian dishes. It is a paradise for food-lovers. These memories are engraved on my mental urn and can’t be erased in future. I will share it with my friends, family, lovers’ and bloggers. I fell in love with @FarEastHospitality stay and Singaporean food.
We have just stayed for 2 nights at the Amoy. Great location in the heart of he historical area. The hotel staff are knowledgable and very friendly. Brilliant services and great location : Really impressed.We feel the loving touch of home at our @fareastospitality stay along with divine cuisine if Singapore.

Far East Hospitality, You're now close to me!

In conclusion, I can say that food and Singapore are made for each other and can create a better love story than LAILA-MAJNU or ROMEO-JULIET. Singapore is a Food heaven on the earth.
